手机制造商摩托罗拉已经开始针对苹果展开先发制人的法律行动，要求法院判定苹果iPhone产品11项专利无效。

摩托罗拉向美国特拉华州地区法院提交了该申请，本月早些时候，摩托罗拉起诉苹果，声称iPhone对它所拥有的专利侵权。提起的诉讼通过一间附属公司实现，公司指责苹果侵犯其18项专利，包括包括3G功能，GPRS，802.11无线和天线设计，甚至连MobileMe和App Store也共同当被告。以下是摩托罗拉请求的专利列表。
