Soundbase 是一款免费的 MP3 播放以及管理工具，它并不像时下的音乐播放软件一样，想要通吃各种音乐文件格式，它的主要就是针对 MP3 音乐文件而已。使用者可以透过它的接口来管理自己的所有 MP3 文件，并且还能够对 MP3 音乐文件的卷标直接进行编辑。此外，如播放的专辑封面，对专辑的评价以及一些信息记录，也全部都可以通过 Soundbase 来进行
